The 12.6 miles I mentioned is the distance along Franklin Canyon Road (California State Highway 4) between the junctions with I-80 and I-680.

Just so you know the code you listed is just under the SF insert of that map. All other inserts have different codes.The '68 and '70 maps are a bit different.
